Step into a career-defining opportunity within a global tech powerhouse – supporting Compass at the Google operations in London; shaping how billions of people connect, discover, and innovate every day! Behind the scenes sits an equally ambitious food operation: dynamic, high-volume, creative, and constantly evolving.

We are seeking an exceptional, strategic and operational leader to oversee a remit of 9 sites and a team of approximately 250. This is a high-energy, multifaceted environment bringing together hospitality, elevated workplace dining, bespoke catering, events, and pantry services — where creativity, adaptability and exceptional standards are simply the norm!

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across 9 sites, ensuring seamless delivery at scale
  • Rapidly develop and execute clear, actionable plans — bringing strategy to life with pace and precision
  • Drive innovation across food concepts, responding to frequent bespoke menu requests
  • Act as a trusted partner to the client, confidently pivoting in line with evolving direction
  • Lead change management initiatives across a complex, fast-moving contract
  • Maintain strong financial oversight, ensuring commercial performance and sustainable growth
  • Remain calm, decisive, and solutions-focused under pressure

Person Specification

  • Proven leadership experience within high-end contract catering, premium restaurants, luxury hospitality, or elevated employee dining is essential
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
  • A deep understanding of what exceptional food looks like and how to deliver it at scale
  • Agile, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a constantly evolving environment
  • Outstanding client relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Confident leading through change with clarity and influence
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for quality and creativity
