Full job description
We are looking for a talented salesperson to join our fun-loving, approachable team to drive business and deliver results in an efficient manner.
The Company:
Family run business in Marylebone specialising in introducing R&D Tax Credits to a wide range of clients across the UK. After 7 years of success, we are now looking to expand our services to Germany.
The role:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies
- Introducing our services to clients and prospecting their eligibility (no R&D knowledge is required; you will be given full training)
- Generate leads for the sales team
- Flexible working hours
- Full time or part time
- Extremely generous commission on top of your basic salary
We are looking for the following attributes:
- Must have at least 2 years proven experience in business development or sales role
- Must be fluent in German
- Willingness to learn about the R&D initiative and keep up to date with legislation
- Persistence in cold calling companies and maintaining high call numbers
- Experience using CRM systems
- Efficiently booking in meetings for the sales team and inputting data into the Sales Cycle
- Ability to handle objections
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive can-do attitude
- Consistency in hitting targets
- Competitive and self-motivated with a passion to succeed in generating leads
