This is a high-growth fintech lender serving SMEs across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and Europe. The UK team is an important part of that broader growth journey, combining pace and customer focus with strong governance standards.

What you'll do
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues through clear, professional communication
  • Keep internal systems and databases accurate, current, and well maintained
  • Find practical customer solutions that align with service standards and internal processes
  • Support recovery-related activity, including contacting customers to recover funds when needed
  • Work closely with colleagues across the business as priorities shift day to day
  • Protect the customer experience through careful record-keeping, follow-through, and attention to detail
Who we're looking for You’ll likely be a hands-on customer care or support professional who takes ownership, stays organised, and is comfortable working in a busy environment.
Must-haves:
  • Experience in customer care or customer support roles where you’ve handled enquiries, resolved issues, and maintained strong service standards
  • Experience using internal systems or databases as part of your day-to-day work, with a strong focus on accuracy
  • Solid working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
  • Early-career to mid-level experience in a customer-facing or operations role, with evidence that you can work to deadlines in a high-pressure environment
  • Interest in building your career in financial services
Nice-to-haves:
  • Experience in financial services, lending, fintech, or another regulated or customer-sensitive environment
  • Experience working in a high-growth business where priorities can shift quickly
  • Exposure to work where accuracy under pressure really matters
