Full job description
We are seeking an experienced CQC Consultant / Mock Inspector to support our client’s health and social care providers across the UK, primarily within Care Homes, Domiciliary Care, and Mental Health Services.
The successful candidate will conduct mock inspections, compliance audits, and quality reviews, providing practical guidance to help services achieve and maintain CQC compliance and deliver outstanding care standards.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, quality statements, and inspection frameworks
- Experience within Care Homes, Domiciliary Care, and/or Mental Health services
- Previous CQC Inspector or Registered Manager experience highly desirable
- Ability to identify compliance gaps and produce clear improvement plans
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills

Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have;
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
