The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be selling sponsorship and exhibition opportunities for our flagship conferences.
That means:
Researching and identifying new business opportunities
Building your own sales pipeline
Reaching out to potential clients by phone, email, and LinkedIn
Running consultative sales calls with senior decision-makers (yes, you’ll be speaking to C-suite level early on)
Creating tailored sponsorship proposals that align with client goals
Nurturing relationships and turning one-off deals into long-term partnerships
Attending our events to meet your clients face-to-face and see your deals in action
This is not just another sales role. It’s fast-paced, commercial, and consultative — giving you the chance to have real conversations with industry leaders, influence business decisions, and make a tangible impact.

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need years of sales experience — just the right attitude. We want people who are:
Confident communicators who can hold their own on the phone and in person
Driven by results, targets, and the chance to earn uncapped commission
Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage their own pipeline
Commercially curious and comfortable speaking to senior professionals
Resilient, ambitious, and eager to learn
If you’ve worked in sales before, great. If not, but you’ve thrived in another fast-paced or customer-facing role and want to break into B2B sales, we’d still love to hear from you.
