Global Mobility Specialist jobs in London

Konform UK is looking for an organised and commercially minded Immigration Compliance & International Operations Specialist to join our growing team.

This is a varied role combining UK immigration and sponsor compliance with support for Konform’s international operations. The successful candidate will work across client matters, internal operations and international requirements, helping ensure that processes are well managed, compliant and delivered efficiently.

The role

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting UK Sponsor Licence compliance and ongoing sponsor duties

Conducting right-to-work and immigration compliance checks and audits

Reviewing HR files, systems and record-keeping against relevant requirements

Supporting Sponsor Licence applications, renewals, updates and ongoing administration

Helping clients prepare for Home Office compliance visits

Identifying compliance risks and coordinating corrective actions

Keeping up to date with relevant UK immigration and compliance requirements

Supporting Konform’s international operations and coordinating activities across different jurisdictions

Liaising with international partners, clients, service providers and other stakeholders

Coordinating documentation and operational requirements for international matters

Supporting cross-border projects and ensuring actions are followed through across different countries and teams

Maintaining accurate internal records, trackers and operational documentation

Helping develop and improve Konform’s internal compliance and international operating processes

Preparing reports, guidance and client communications

Working closely with the wider Konform team to ensure matters progress efficiently and deadlines are met

About you

We are looking for someone who combines strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple operational and compliance matters at the same time.

You should ideally have:

Experience in UK immigration, Sponsor Licence compliance, global mobility, international operations or a related compliance role

A good understanding of right-to-work and sponsorship requirements

Strong organisational and project coordination skills

Experience dealing with documentation and compliance processes

Confidence communicating with clients and external partners

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The ability to manage multiple matters, deadlines and stakeholders

Confidence working independently while collaborating with an international team

A practical, solutions-focused and commercially aware approach

Experience within immigration, global mobility, professional services, international business operations, HR/compliance or a related environment would be particularly relevant.

Additional languages and experience working across multiple jurisdictions would be an advantage.
