The Role:
We’re looking for a Trainee Kitchen Manager who shares our passion for fresh, high-quality cooking and wants to develop their leadership and management skills in a busy, professional kitchen. This hands-on role offers the chance to learn how to manage a kitchen team, maintain standards, and deliver consistently excellent food.

You’ll learn to:

  • Lead and motivate a small kitchen team during busy service
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and quality
  • Oversee prep and ensure every dish meets Tiny’s Kitchen standards
  • Manage stock, deliveries, and supplier relationships
  • Support menu consistency and development
