Bonnie is on the search for a Line Cook in Kingston.

Imagine a pub with the confident, daring and irreverent attitude of a Glaswegian. This is Bonnie Rogues. There is no pub as uniquely bold as Bonnies. With an always-on live & loud atmosphere, it is the place to go for food and drinks during the day or a late-night party in the evening. Staying up to date, relevant and pushing boundaries to make it the best modern pub. This isn’t just any pub. This is the best the pub can get.

Pay starts from £13-14 per hour with plenty of opportunity of progression based upon experience and personality. You'll be reporting to the Kitchen Manager and the role is made up of many varying responsibilities including:

  • Assisting in the food preparation process
  • Cooking and preparing elements of quality dishes
  • Preparing vegetables, meats and fish
  • Assisting head chef on a busy line.
  • Helping with deliveries and restocking
  • Assisting with stock rotation
  • Cleaning stations
  • Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards

Essential training & experience:

  • Level 1 & 2 food safety award
  • Food Allergen training
  • Awareness of manual handling techniques
  • Awareness of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations (COSHH) and chemical safety
  • Experience of kitchen equipment including dangerous sharp knives
  • Competent level of English spoken & written
