We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic front of house staff to be responsible for serving customers at the till, taking food to tables and making delicious hot drinks. We are also recruiting for kitchen staff who will work to deliver great quality food and follow all hygiene processes and set specifications. It is essential that you’re passionate about working in a restaurant and as part of team. For both types of role you will be able to use your own initiative and take pride in a clean working environment.

INTERVIEW DATES - Applicants selected for interview will need to be able to attend a group interview session on Monday 21st or Tuesday 22nd September 2026 from 4.30pm until 6.30pm. If successful you must then be able to attend induction training on Sunday 27th September 2026 from 11am until 3pm. You must also be able to work either Saturday 3rd or Sunday 4th October and then at least 3 days during October half term (Saturday 24th October until Sunday 1st November, including either the 24th or 25th October evening).

These roles offer huge variety and the opportunity to learn about other commercial areas, including retail, admissions and the farm.

Key Requirements

• Experience of working in a customer facing environment is highly advantageous.
• Customer focused with a friendly and positive outlook is a must.
• A good standard of education is essential including literacy and numeracy.

Location: Godstone Farm, Farm Limited, Tilburstow Hill Rd, Godstone RH9 8LX

Job type: Contracts for these roles will be on a zero hour basis and we are able to offer a variety of shift patterns. Our hours vary seasonally and are usually - Winter: 9.30am - 5pm, Summer: 9.30am -6pm with 30 minutes for lunch. We may consider positions on a shorter day such as 9.30 am to 2.30pm. Roles are available for a range of 8 – 32 hours per week. Some shifts require you to work weekends and Bank Holidays.

Salary: £8.75 - 12.71 per hour
