Clogau is a premium British jewellery brand, with Welsh Heritage, celebrated for craftsmanship, heritage and meaningful design. We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Business Support Coordinator to join our Head Office team in Bodelwyddan.

This is a varied role providing support to our customers, stores and business partners, helping to ensure enquiries and orders are handled efficiently and to a consistently high standard.

The role is ideal for someone with strong customer service and administrative experience who enjoys working in a busy environment, managing a varied workload and building positive relationships with customers and colleagues.

The Role

Role: Business Support Coordinator

Location: Bodelwyddan

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00

Due to the seasonal nature of the business, compulsory overtime is required on Black Friday weekend in November and December.

Salary: £25,000 - £27,500 per annum + company bonus scheme.

Business Support Coordinator

As a Business Support Coordinator, you will provide day-to-day support across a range of business activities while delivering a high standard of service to our customers, stores and partners.

You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, processing orders and returns and supporting the administration of key business systems.

Working as part of the wider Business Support team, you will need to be organised, adaptable and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries quickly, professionally and efficiently across recognised platforms, including email, telephone and customer service software.
  • Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service, providing appropriate support and solutions to customer queries.
  • Process customer returns accurately using internal systems and in line with company procedures.
  • Process web orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Support stocktake activities when required.
  • Liaise professionally with Clogau stockists and Sales Representatives, providing support and responding to queries where appropriate.
  • Maintain and administer the CRM system, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
  • Provide regular updates to the Business Support Manager on workload, activity and any issues requiring further attention.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across Head Office and the wider business.
  • Manage and prioritise a varied workload while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Represent Clogau professionally in all communication with customers, colleagues and business partners.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience within a customer service role.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a genuine desire to provide a positive customer experience.
  • A methodical and organised approach to your work.
  • The ability to effectively prioritise and manage your workload.
  • A professional and confident telephone manner.
  • The ability to remain professional and solution-focused when dealing with challenging situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A positive and collaborative approach to working as part of a team.
  • Confidence using computer systems and the ability to learn new systems and processes.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • The ability to successfully pass a DBS check.

Additional Information

  • This is an office-based position at our Head Office in Bodelwyddan, Denbighshire.
  • Compulsory weekend overtime is required during November and December.
  • Annual leave is restricted during key trading periods, including Black Friday weekend, December and January.
