Minimum Qualification requirement:

• Level 3 in Personal training recognised by CIMSPA in UK

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Carrying out fitness assessments, consultations and inductions with new clients
• Demonstrating routines for clients to follow
• Conduct one to one personal training sessions with our members and meet club PT targets
• Showing clients how to use exercise machines and free weights properly
• Supervising clients to make sure that they are exercising safely and effectively
• Opening and closing of Club
• Conduct one to one personal training sessions with our members and hit PT sales targets
• Carrying out gym inductions as required
• Conducting tours for prospective members
• Health and Safety
• Designing personal exercise programs.
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment
• Pool and spa operations and maintenance including water testing as their is a pool and spa on site
• It is a requirement of the role that the suitable candidate undertakes health and safety operational training provided by us which consists of Swimming Pool rescue (getting into the pool to rescue someone in an emergency ), First Aid and Fire Warden training.

First aid certificate and pool plant experience desirable. Commission is paid on personal training sessions. Immediate start required. Previous candidates need not apply

Hours of work include early morning, evenings and weekends on a rota basis. The ideal candidate needs to be flexible and able to work according to the needs of the business. There are not set guaranteed hours of work per given week.

We are looking for a flexible individual therefore please do not apply if you cannot work any day from Monday to Sunday and/ or able to do shift work or have a recognised UK certification or UK verified certification in Personal training

Job Types: Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: £12.71 per hour
