This role is located in Dagenham, RM10 8TX

Minimum Qualification requirement:

• Level 3 in Fitness Instruction recognised by CIMSPA in UK

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Carrying out fitness assessments, consultations and inductions with new clients
• Demonstrating routines for clients to follow
• Personal one to one training of our members and hitting PT targets. Commission paid for PT.
• Conducting basic gym inductions for new and existing members
• Showing clients how to use exercise machines and free weights properly
• Supervising clients to make sure that they are exercising safely and effectively
• Opening and closing of Club
• Gym tours when required
• Selling products and services as per company procedures
• Health and Safety
• Designing personal exercise programs.
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment
• Pool and spa operations and maintenance including water testing as there is a pool and spa on site
• It is a requirement of the role to carry out operational health and safety training that we will provide which includes emergency pool rescue (how to get someone out of the pool in an emergency) First Aid and Fire Warden training

First aid certificate and pool plant experience desirable. Immediate start required. Please do not apply if you are not fully flexible and cannot work any day between Monday - Sunday and do shift work. Weekend work will be required. Previous candidates need not apply

Hours of work include early morning, evenings and weekends on a rota basis. The ideal candidate needs to be flexible and able to work according to the needs of the business. There are no guaranteed set hours of weekly work

Job Types: Permanent, Zero hours contract
