Full job description

Downshire Golf Complex is currently seeking a dedicated and self-motivated individual to take on this role.

Working 5 from 7 days most of the business is daytime hours although occasional evenings will be required to cater for our diverse business.

We’re looking for someone with experience of working in a commercial kitchen, all backgrounds will be considered as training can be given to the right candidate.

This role reports directly to the Catering Manager.

We need someone who…

  • Is reliable and flexible to meet the needs of the business
  • Has an eye for detail with a strong work ethic
  • Has experience of working in a commercial kitchen
  • Can work to strict instructions laid out by the management team in line with legislation.
  • Is customer focused.
  • Who presents themselves in a professional manner

This position is full time (40hpw) and will involve 2 weekends from 4 with occasional evenings when required.

You must be able to commute to Downshire Golf Complex without the reliance on public transport.
