We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused individuals who enjoy working as part of a team and want to help us raise standards across the clubhouse.

Previous hospitality experience is welcome, but attitude, work ethic and personality are far more important to us than what's written on your CV.

The Role

No two days are the same.

You'll be involved in all aspects of our Food & Beverage operation including:

  • Welcoming members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Serving drinks from the bar and delivering food to a high standard.
  • Providing excellent customer service during busy lunch services, golf societies, competitions and private functions.
  • Preparing and maintaining clean, well-presented bar and dining areas.
  • Assisting with event preparation and ensuring everything is ready before guests arrive.
  • Supporting the wider team wherever required.
  • Helping to promote our food and beverage offering and creating a positive atmosphere and working environment throughout the clubhouse

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who:

  • Enjoy working with people.
  • Take pride in delivering excellent customer service.
  • Have a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Are reliable and take ownership of their work.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team.
  • Can stay calm and organised during busy periods.
  • Are willing to learn and continually improve.

Hospitality experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided for the right person.

Why Join Burton Golf Club?

We're creating something we're proud of and we're looking for people who want to be part of that journey.

In return you'll receive:

  • Competitive hourly pay.
  • Flexible part-time hours.
  • Staff discount on food and drink.
  • On-site parking.
  • Ongoing training and development.
  • A supportive management team.
  • The opportunity to grow with a club that is investing in its future.

Working Pattern

This is a part-time role with a mixture of daytime, evening and weekend shifts, including golf competitions, societies and private events.

Flexibility is important, particularly during the busy golfing season.

Apply Today

If you're passionate about hospitality and want to be part of an ambitious team that's committed to delivering a fantastic experience for every member and guest, we'd love to hear from you.
