We have an exciting new vacancy for a Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at Hollins Hall Hotel & Country Club! Set in 200 acres of stunning grounds, just 6 miles from Bradford and 5 miles from Leeds Bradford Airport. This historic hotel has 122 spacious bedrooms, an on-site Bar & Restaurant as well as exceptional Leisure facilities and an 18 Hole Championship Golf Course.

Please Note : This role includes evening and weekend shifts, so flexibility in your availability is essential

Your duties will include:

• Preparing the bar and restaurant areas ready for service.
• Preparing and serving drinks, including alcoholic beverages, in accordance with licensing requirements.
• Taking orders and providing friendly and efficient service to our guests.
• Being familiar with our menus, enabling you to confidently upsell food and drinks.
• Working across various areas in the hotel, including the restaurant, bar and events.
• Ensuring that adequate glassware, crockery, bar stock and other items are ready for each shift.
• Maintaining the bar area, including restocking and keeping it clean and organised throughout service.
• Serving food and drinks to guests and ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times.
• Clearing tables and assisting with cleaning after service, keeping all areas in top condition.
• Following all relevant licensing, health and safety and company procedures.

The ideal candidate will be organised and punctual, no experience required as full training will be given. Due to the requirements of the role, applicants must meet the legal requirements for serving alcohol.
