About the job
The Channel Sales and Activations (CSA) team's mission is to drive business across third-party retail and supporting channels (e.g., physical retail, call centers, in-direct business) by fostering a unified and seamless customer experience across all possible touchpoints of the consumer journey.
As the CSA Regional Lead, you will manage the day-to-day activities of the EMEA Channel Sales and Activations team concerning Google retail activities for key partners. You will be responsible for building and managing the mid-term direction for CSA in the region, setting key objectives and key results (OKRs), and overseeing their execution.
You will leverage your functional and domain expertise to lead and manage country CSA teams across the region, delivering business goals across a set of product areas. This role requires foundational knowledge of retail and carrier trading, combined with the flexibility and aptitude to learn new business areas, while leading a team to influence across the entire organization.
Responsibilities
- Build, coach, and manage the regional CSA team while overseeing advocacy and training programs to maximize device and service business of Google devices and services.
- Develop and execute the regional omnichannel strategy, managing retail projects, customer programs, and new product roll-outs.
- Build C-level relationships with key EMEA retail partners and collaborate with Country Sales Leads to maximize sales, placement, and engagement.
- Manage Operating Expense (OPEX) budgets, quarterly/annual financial planning, and third-party vendor performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contractual agreement.
- Drive OKRs across product areas and translate regional consumer insights into actionable data to align with global CSA teams and strategies.
