JOB SUMMARY

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION

Experience

• Previous experience working as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager in an F&B role.
• Five star luxury experience preferred.

Skills and Knowledge

• Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing).
• Strong innovation and imagination to bring concepts to life.
• Proactive problem solving skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Computer literate including social media & administration.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
• Pursuit of excellence in all operations and associate relations.

Education or Certification

• Good level of English essential.
• High School Diploma or GED; 4 years’ experience in food and beverage, culinary or related professional area.

OR

• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service management, hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration or related major; 2 years’ experience in the food and beverage, culinary or related professional area.
• Basic Food Hygiene Certification desirable.
• Personal License Certification desirable.
• First Aid Certification desirable.
