Little Door & Co. is on the hunt for a Sous Chef for their site in Soho!

Us

Little Door & Co are bustling and critically acclaimed bar restaurants. They are based on much loved fictional flat shares and every element of what we do reflects this unique take on hospitality. The space is styled to feel like walking into someone’s home and the vibe is charming, welcoming and unpretentious.

Venue

The venue is in Soho one of London’s most famous party areas. The offering is designed with this clientele in mind and champions quirky, light hearted fun- underpinned by serious F&B quality and meticulous levels of service.

7 day a week venue with food service until 22:00 daily. Rocking brunches on the weekend.

The Role

As Sous Chef you'll be running the site kitchen with a head chef overseeing to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen in our site in Soho. You will be right at the forefront of the business, ensuring that the venue is geared up to provide the best food in the area. Your duties will include:

· Preparing orders, cooking and prepping all food products

· Maintaining high standard of presentation

· Ensure compliance is followed 100% daily

· Able to follow and maintain Head Chef direction

· Clear communication with all staff and management

· Focus on HACCP and Food Hygiene at all times

· Food ordering

· Stock control

Pay: £15.51-£16.51 per hour

Expected hours: 45 – 50 per week
