Job Overview

We're looking for a creative and motivated Product Designer or Architectural Technician to join the Clip 'n Climb team at Eden Works.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for design, 3D modelling and visualisation to help create innovative Clip 'n Climb centres for customers around the world. Working closely with our Sales Consultants, you'll develop CAD layouts, 3D models and high-quality render packs that bring concepts to life and support client presentations.

You'll play an important role in designing engaging climbing experiences while collaborating with colleagues across sales, marketing and engineering to deliver projects that are both visually impressive and commercially successful.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Clip 'n Climb centre layouts using CAD software.
  • Produce high-quality render packs and presentation materials to support the sales team.
  • Create and develop 3D concepts and models using SketchUp and other CAD software.
  • Produce realistic renders and fly-through videos for client presentations.
  • Research market trends and competitor products to help ensure our designs remain innovative and competitive.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing and engineering teams throughout the design process.
  • Contribute creative ideas that enhance the customer experience and support the continued development of the Clip 'n Climb product range.

About You

You'll be a creative thinker with strong technical design skills and the ability to communicate ideas visually. You enjoy working collaboratively, managing multiple projects and delivering work to tight deadlines.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Experience using 3D CAD software.
  • Proficiency in SketchUp, including producing high-quality renders and fly-through animations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to create and maintain spreadsheets, analyse and manipulate data, use formulas, and support project costing, Bills of Materials (BOMs), quotations and project tracking. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint is also essential.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a small, fast-paced team.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Desirable:

  • Understanding of the Clip 'n Climb product range.
  • Knowledge of the leisure, attractions or entertainment industry.
  • Previous experience in product design, architectural design or spatial planning.
  • Experience producing technical documentation, schedules and material take-offs using Excel.
