Architecture Graduate – Technical & Design

Neston, Wirral | Full Time | Permanent

There’s more than one route into the industry.

At RED Systems, we know many Architecture Graduates struggle to break into traditional practice - often without realising how valuable their skills are across the wider construction sector.

We’re now looking for our next Architecture Graduate to join our Technical & Design team, supporting live façade and glazing projects across the UK.

This is a hands-on opportunity to build technical knowledge, gain exposure across multiple teams and work on real projects from day one within a specialist construction business.

Tom and Isabella both joined RED Systems this way and are now progressing into wider technical and project-focused roles within the business — exactly the kind of pathway we want to continue building.

What you’ll be doing

Working alongside our Technical & Design team, you’ll gain exposure to:

  • Technical design and detailing
  • AutoCAD, Revit and BIM processes
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings
  • Façade and glazing systems
  • Design coordination and fabrication support
  • Live construction projects across the UK
  • Technical problem-solving and project support

You’ll work closely with multiple departments across the business while developing practical industry experience in a supportive environment.

What we’re looking for

  • Architecture Graduate or similar built environment qualification
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication and organisation skills
  • Interest in technical design and construction
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • CAD / Revit experience beneficial but not essential

Location

This role is based full-time from our Wirral HQ and would suit candidates able to commute daily from areas such as:

  • Liverpool
  • Chester
  • Wirral
  • North Wales
