  • Supporting contract administration and project delivery
  • Undertaking property inspections and surveys
  • Working across a varied portfolio of commercial and heritage assets
  • Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors
  • Developing technical and professional competencies aligned with APC progression

About You

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline
  • Ideally 12 months' relevant industry experience (placement year experience considered)
  • A genuine interest in heritage and listed buildings projects through academic study, work experience, or voluntary involvement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
  • A proactive and motivated approach to professional development
  • Previous exposure to small-scale project delivery or contract administration would be advantageous

Why Apply?

This is a standout graduate opportunity offering genuine long-term career development within a highly regarded property organisation.
You will benefit from:

  • Structured APC support and mentoring from experienced chartered surveyors
  • Exposure to high-quality and career-enhancing projects
  • The opportunity to work on heritage and listed buildings schemes
  • A collaborative, people-focused, and supportive working environment
  • Excellent professional development prospects within a respected property team
