As a family-run business with over 75 years of experience, we deliver high-value technical contracts with agility, reliability, and a client-focused approach. Our Groundwater Engineering division plays a vital role in delivering sustainable water solutions across diverse sectors.

The Role

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, thrive on technical challenges, and want to be part of a collaborative team, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with site setup, logistics, and technical documentation
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery
  • Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications
  • Prepare and review RAMS, method statements, and QA documentation
  • Contribute to technical reporting and data analysis
  • Use Microsoft Project to support scheduling and programme tracking
  • Support commissioning, testing, and handover of completed installations
  • Assist with continuous improvement and lessons learned across projects

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Practical understanding of site operations and health & safety standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project
  • Experience with groundwater systems, borehole design, or pump installations is an advantage

What We Offer

  • Supportive, family-run environment where your input is valued
  • Opportunities to work on UK and international projects
