We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Marketing Trainee to join our dynamic marketing team. Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies tailored to target audiences.
• Support the creation of marketing materials using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office suite.
• Conduct analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform decision-making.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Manage social media channels, including content scheduling and engagement tracking.
• Contribute to organising events, webinars, and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain organised records of marketing activities, reports, and project documentation.
• Support the team in executing B2B marketing initiatives aimed at strengthening client relationships.
• Becoming with training the Jet Reporting expert to support sales and finance plus other functions . Running and troubleshooting existing reports plus developing new reports . You will need to be very comfortable managing data .
• Very Important to note :We are a small business so you will be expected to assist in other functions for example customer service and finance duties as required to support a small but experienced team . The benefit of this is that you will learn how a business operates
• What is critical is to demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn and work effectively with colleagues

Experience

• Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A marketing or business degree
• Ability to use direct mail systems like mailchimp
• Understanding of SEO strategies and concepts and use of SEO an advantage
• Familiarity with selling on major online B2C platforms
• Familiarity with project management principles and organisational skills.
• Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Basic understanding of IT systems relevant to marketing functions.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Previous exposure to B2B marketing or general marketing concepts is desirable but not essential.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently. This Graduate Marketing Trainee role is designed for individuals eager to develop their career in marketing within a professional setting that values innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning.

Pay: £24,420.00-£27,000.00 per year
