We are seeking a talented Graduate Digital Marketing and Branding Administrator with a strong marketing background who will be responsible for managing our online presence across various platforms for our new luxury pre-owned business (KYM). You will oversee our social media channels and website, ensuring they are up to date, engaging, and aligned with our brand identity, while also driving online sales and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic, with a focus on converting followers into customers.
  • Create, curate, and schedule content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.), targeting key demographics to boost sales.
  • Analyse social media performance and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations, focusing on metrics that impact sales and conversions.

Website Administration:

  • Manage and update website content, ensuring it is fresh, relevant, and optimised for search engines, with a focus on driving traffic that leads to sales.
  • Work closely with the developers and marketing teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly web pages that encourage customer purchases.
  • Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with technical support when necessary, ensuring an optimal user experience that maximises conversion rates.
  • Optimise the website for SEO, improve site speed, and implement strategies that enhance the overall shopping experience, leading to increased sales.

Content Creation:

  • Collaborate with the relevant teams to produce high-quality content, including blogs, product descriptions, and promotional materials, designed to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and messaging across all digital channels, with a focus on clear and compelling calls to action that encourage sales.

Sales Integration:

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align online activities with sales goals, ensuring that digital content and strategies contribute directly to revenue growth.
  • Utilise web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and analyse customer behaviour, providing insights that inform sales strategies.
  • Develop and execute campaigns that promote new products, special offers, and sales events, driving both online and offline sales.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management, website administration, and online sales strategies, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
  • Study in related field (Marketing/ International Business/ Luxury Branding Management)
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, Google Ads, SEO, web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and how they can be leveraged to drive sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive sales-driven content.
  • Creative thinking with a keen eye for design, detail, and customer behaviour.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and sales targets.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Magento)

Salary: Salary based on skills and experience. Bonus evaluation every 6 months ( June and December) dependent upon your performance at work.

Must wear formal office attire (uniform allowance £800 per year) *

Personal phones must not be used for any purpose during working hours, only allowed to be used during lunchtime (no snacking during the working hours)

Working Hours Shifts: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (08:30 – 17:30), 1-hour lunch break

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
