GRADUATE TEAM LEADER – INBOUND SALES
£Negotiable + Monthly Bonus
Skelmersdale | Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm

Are you a driven sales professional with experience leading, coaching or motivating others? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every enquiry is an opportunity to make a difference?

We are currently seeking a Graduate Team Leader to join an established and growing organisation based in Skelmersdale. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to develop their leadership career while remaining actively involved in sales.

The Role

Working within a small, close-knit team, you will lead from the front by handling inbound enquiries, setting standards and helping to develop those around you.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and motivating a small team of inbound sales advisers.
  • Coaching colleagues to improve performance and conversion rates.
  • Handling inbound telephone enquiries from prospective clients.
  • Converting warm enquiries into successful outcomes.
  • Leading by example through your own sales performance.
  • Monitoring team activity and identifying training opportunities.
  • Creating a positive, enthusiastic and energetic team environment.
  • Supporting the Operations Director with team development initiatives.
  • Ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times.

About You

We are looking for someone who is naturally enthusiastic, commercially aware and passionate about helping others succeed.

You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience within an inbound telephone sales environment.
  • Experience coaching, mentoring or supervising a team.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • A proactive and positive attitude.
  • The ability to motivate and inspire colleagues.
  • Experience converting inbound enquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Desirable Experience

Whilst not essential, the following would be advantageous:

  • Previous experience within legal services, claims handling or financial services.
  • A Business Management, Law or other relevant degree.
  • Experience working within a regulated environment.
  • Exposure to performance reporting or KPI management.
