Job Overview
We are seeking motivated graduates to join our Graduate Scheme, offering a comprehensive programme designed to develop your skills and provide valuable industry experience. This paid position is ideal for individuals eager to build a career in financial planning, analysis, and organisational management within a dynamic corporate environment. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work across various departments, gaining insight into core business functions and contributing to strategic projects.
Duties
- Assist in analysing financial data using tools such as SQL and Power BI to support decision-making processes
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for internal and external stakeholders
- Support the development of financial models and forecasts aligned with organisational goals
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of dashboards and visualisations to monitor key performance indicators
- Collaborate with teams across departments to gather information, streamline processes, and improve organisational efficiency
- Participate in meetings, providing insights based on analysis skills and financial knowledge
- Maintain accurate records of all activities, ensuring compliance with organisational standards
- Assist in preparing documentation related to accounting procedures and IT systems integration
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
- Knowledge of financial planning principles and accounting practices is desirable
- Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines
- Good understanding of IT systems relevant to finance and analysis functions
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team
