4 x ambitious Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join our high-performance team. This role is ideal for former sports captains and competitive individuals with a proven track record of leadership and academic excellence.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Leadership experience as a sports captain or senior team member
  • Outstanding academic performance (1st class degree or equivalent preferred)

  • Evidence of high achievement in sport, academics, or sales
  • Confidence, resilience, and excellent communication skills
  • Motivation to progress quickly in a performance-driven environment

The Role

You will be trained to:

  • Build relationships with innovative tech companies
  • Identify and place high-calibre tech professionals
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to deal close
  • Work towards clear targets with uncapped commission
