What the job actually is:
You'll be on the phone — a lot. Finding candidates, pitching roles, building relationships. It's a sales-heavy role with weekly KPIs. If cold calls sound exciting rather than terrifying, read on.

You don't need recruitment experience. You need drive, resilience, and a genuine desire to earn. You should be comfortable being told no — and picking up the phone again anyway.
