Job Overview

Join a graduate trainee programme supporting human resources and recruitment activities. You’ll build practical experience across candidate engagement, people processes and recruitment systems, with guidance as you develop your skills.

Responsibilities

• Support lead generation and candidate outreach through appropriate channels, including social media management.
• Communicate with candidates and colleagues, helping build positive relationships and provide a professional experience.
• Assist with recruitment administration, such as updating records and supporting candidate progress through the hiring process.
• Learn to use HRIS and ATS platforms; experience with Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft or Salesforce is useful.
• Your impact: Clear communication and accurate recruitment support help candidates stay informed and enable hiring teams to manage their processes effectively.

Experience

• Strong communication skills, organisation and a willingness to learn are essential.
• An interest in human resources, recruitment or relationship management is welcome.
• Familiarity with lead generation, social media management or recruitment systems is advantageous, but not required.
• This is a paid graduate trainee position.

Pay: £40,000.00-£52,000.00 per hour
