Package: £27,000 basic + uncapped commission (year 1 earnings: £40,000)

This is an opportunity to join an award-winning recruitment consultancy specialising in the Life Sciences and Biotechnology market. Role Overview:

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll:

  • Manage your own desk, building and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Understand client recruitment needs and deliver tailored talent solutions.
  • Source, screen and engage candidates, guiding them through the interview and offer process.
  • Drive sales and business development initiatives to expand your market.
