Full job description

Title: Trainee Post Production / Assistant Retoucher

We are looking for candidates to join our post production team for our busy autumn / winter season.

Training:

You will receive 7 days training on selections and post production using a graphics pen in Adobe Bridge, Photoshop and Lightroom.

You will be working as part of our post production team in our head office.

Responsibilities:

You will be selecting and delivering well finished images on a timely basis using photoshop and lightroom.

You will be providing constructive feedback for photographers and managers.

Dates:

Start Date: 24/08/2026

Finish Date: 20/11/2026

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a good work ethic, be a good communicator, have an eye for producing images, enjoy working as part of a team and will take pride in producing great images in post production.

A good working knowledge of Photoshop is essential.

Prior experience of using a graphics pen and lightroom will be helpful.
