The role

Forsyth Barnes is the No.1 global talent partner in eTail technology, working with brands including Nike, ASOS, Gymshark, Lululemon, Macy’s and Burberry.

You’ll join our Nottingham office in a full-cycle recruitment sales role where you’ll be responsible for:

  • Generating new business through calls, LinkedIn, email, networking, and targeted outreach
  • Building relationships with hiring managers and senior decision-makers
  • Sourcing and headhunting high-calibre candidates
  • Managing client and candidate conversations
  • Closing placements and earning commission

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for recent graduates from the last 4 years who are ambitious, confident, competitive, and serious about building a career in sales.

Sales experience is a plus, but we’re also open to people who have shown drive through university, sport, part-time work, internships, societies, fundraising, competitive environments, or target-driven roles.

You’ll do well here if you are:
