The Special Bar Service (sbs) team’s mission is to bring our customer’s brand strategy to life. We do this by creating end to end impactful event experiences and delivering brand activations that exceed expectations and drive results.

Operations: event activation, dispense, production, warehousing, build, management

Commercial: sales, project management, account management, marketing

Roles and Key Responsibilities

We’re seeking happy, hardworking and and energetic people to join the sbs Team.

Everyone is aligned and works towards our clear strategic goals of Inspired People, Operational Excellence, Strategic Partnerships and Profitable and Sustainable Growth.

We are growing fast and have several roles available

Operations: event activation, production, warehousing, build, management.

On the road around the UK executing high-impact activations, managing on site event execution and production and warehousing in sbs Base Camp, Pershore. You’ll be at the heart of the action, handling everything from behind-the-scenes operational duties to front-of-house customer experiential engagement.

Commercial: sales, project management, account management, marketing.

You will be working with some of the world's largest drinks companies, project managing simple orders to UK wide experiential campaigns.

Finance & Business Admin: accountancy, business operations and administration, HR, management.

Responsible for core accounting financial, business and HR administration including bookkeeping, invoicing, expense tracking, bank reconciliation, and reporting

What You Bring

  • The right attitude by already demonstrating the sbs everyday values of Hospitality, Continuous Improvement, Ownership & Responsibility, Impact through Insight and Character
  • Experience: 1-3 years in event production, experiential marketing, hospitality, drinks industry or production & logistics experience.
  • Skills: Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Habits: Strong work habits including being punctual, meeting deadlines, team player, communicating effectively, organised, disciplined and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. These habits contribute to our productivity, professionalism, and overall success in sbs.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work evenings and weekends, and travel to activation locations throughout the UK.
  • Basics: Full driving licence, work in Pershore WR10 2DD
