I’m working with a **high-growth B2B SaaS business heading rapidly towards Series A**, and they’re looking for a technically strong **Technical Support Engineer** to join the team at an exciting stage of their growth.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys getting under the hood of software, solving problems and working directly with customers.

? **What you’ll be doing:**

  • Own day-to-day customer support and technical requests
  • Investigate, diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Work closely with Engineering when deeper technical intervention is needed
  • Help build and develop an excellent support function as the business scales
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical users
  • Have regular customer interaction, so being a genuine people person is important
