The Role:

As a Graduate Sales Executive, you'll receive structured training while learning every aspect of business-to-business sales. You'll build relationships, manage customer accounts and develop your own portfolio of business. This is a permanent, full-time position based on-site in Accrington.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and growing customer accounts
• Converting enquiries into sales
• Identifying and winning new business
• Re-engaging dormant customers
• Managing the sales process from quotation to close
• Delivering an excellent customer experience

Your Career Path:

Whilst there are many paths your career can take in this role, typical progression is:

• Internal Sales Executive - Build foundations, manage accounts
• Senior Internal / Account Manager - Larger customers, higher targets
• External Sales / Business Development - Field-based, major growth responsibility

Requirements:

No previous sales experience is required; we're looking for graduates with the right attitude and ambition.
