What You'll Be Doing

During your development programme you'll work across multiple areas of the business, including:

Transport Operations

• Assisting with transport planning
• Managing driver communication
• Monitoring vehicle utilisation
• Solving operational challenges
• Supporting customer deliveries

Customer & Account Management

• Building relationships with customers
• Managing customer requirements
• Handling service issues
• Identifying opportunities to improve service levels

Commercial & Sales

• Learning pricing strategies
• Understanding profit margins
• Preparing quotations
• Supporting business development activities
• Learning how to win and retain customers

Leadership Development

• Working alongside department leaders
• Leading small projects
• Supporting process improvements
