Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join our organisation and support our human resources functions. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for Heads of Department and line managers across Bradford Grammar School Foundation locations, providing practical and pragmatic HR advice that helps leaders manage their teams with confidence.

This role exists to support managers in managing their people well., By providing expert guidance on employee relations, attendance, wellbeing and day-to-day people matters, the HR Advisor will help create an environment where teaching and support staff can focus on delivering the very best outcomes for pupils.

You must be CIPD Qualified to level 3 or equivalent HR qualification, or demonstrable experience working within a HR function, ideally in a HR Advisor, HR Officer or experienced HR Administrator role in an education sector, with experience of advising and supporting managers and employees on a range of HR matters is essential. Commitment to continuing professional development if essential.
