Job Summary

We are seeking a food focused Junior Sous Chef to join our well established team at The Black Grape. With an exciting, seasonally changing menu and a focus on fresh, modern dishes this is a great opportunity for the right candidate to work in a chef led environment.

The successful candidate will support kitchen operations, oversee food preparation, and assist in maintaining high standards. This position is ideal for those looking to develop their leadership skills and cook great food they can be proud of.
