StarVista Live is a leader in themed music cruises and immersive entertainment experiences, producing unforgettable voyages featuring legendary artists and passionate fan communities. As we expand our global footprint, we are seeking an experienced European Marketing Consultant to lead the launch and growth of our marketing presence across Europe.

This is a unique opportunity for a senior marketing professional to build and execute a comprehensive European go-to-market strategy for our 2028 cruise season while working alongside an experienced U.S.-based marketing team.

About the Role

The European Marketing Consultant will develop and execute a strategic marketing plan designed to increase brand awareness, drive qualified leads, and generate bookings throughout key European markets. This individual will serve as StarVista Live's marketing lead in Europe, adapting successful U.S. campaigns for European audiences while identifying new opportunities specific to the region.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable developing marketing plans and overseeing execution. They will collaborate closely with StarVista Live's in-house creative, digital marketing, publicity, and production teams while managing local agencies, media relationships, and strategic partnerships throughout Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive European marketing strategy for StarVista Live's themed music cruises.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives across key European markets, including paid media and online advertising.
• Oversee social media strategy and regional campaign execution.
• Develop integrated advertising campaigns across television, radio, print, and digital channels.
• Create and manage outbound marketing campaigns and customer communications.
• Build relationships with artists, managers, promoters, and industry partners to expand promotional opportunities.
• Develop and grow relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and other travel industry partners.
• Secure regional media coverage through press outreach and publicity campaigns.
• Identify and establish strategic marketing partnerships throughout Europe.
• Coordinate promotional events and live marketing activations.
• Select, manage, and evaluate external European marketing agencies and vendors.
• Manage campaign budgets and provide regular reporting on marketing performance, ROI, and key performance indicators.
• Collaborate closely with StarVista Live's U.S.-based marketing, creative, video production, and communications teams.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of marketing experience within European markets.
• Proven success developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable business results.
• Extensive experience managing digital marketing and online advertising campaigns.
• Strong understanding of media planning, creative development, and marketing analytics.
• Experience managing agencies, vendors, and marketing budgets.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an international team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the music, entertainment, live events, cruise, or travel industries.
• Established relationships with European media outlets, travel partners, or entertainment industry professionals.
• Experience launching brands or expanding businesses into new international markets.
• Knowledge of consumer marketing across multiple European countries.

Compensation

Compensation is competitive and will be based on experience, qualifications, and scope of engagement.
