Job Summary
We’re looking for a creative all-rounder who lives and breathes great design, knows how to make a brand stand out in a crowded feed, and can turn a marketing brief into scroll-stopping content. Someone who’s just as comfortable designing slick campaign artwork as they are editing punchy Reels, creating franchise-ready templates, or keeping brand consistency tighter than a fresh set of resistance bands. If you’ve got a sharp eye for detail, a head full of ideas, and love bringing brands to life across digital, print and everything in between , you’ll fit right in at Energie Fitness.

About the Company

Empowered Brands is a specialist investment and multi-branded franchise operator, focused exclusively on the health, fitness, and wellness sector. The business partners with innovative, entrepreneur-led brands, providing the means to scale them quickly, through master franchise agreements and well-established sector networks and expertise. With over 20 years’ experience in the fitness franchise sector, Empowered Brands holds the expertise, support, and systems to help health, fitness, and wellness businesses to grow both domestically and internationally.

About the brand

Founded in 2003, Energie Fitness is a pioneer in fitness club franchising, with a long-standing reputation as an innovator in a fast-moving and competitive market. Today, the brand has evolved into a leading mid-market fitness operator, combining high-quality facilities, accessible pricing, and a welcoming, community-driven experience.

With over 80 locations across the UK, Ireland and Spain, Energie Fitness has established a strong and growing international footprint, with ambitious plans to expand further into new global markets.

Working in partnership with passionate local owners, Energie Fitness delivers modern, well-equipped clubs designed to meet the needs of today’s member—offering flexibility, value, and a supportive environment without compromise.

In a market often split between low-cost, no-frills gyms and premium “big box” operators, Energie Fitness occupies a distinctive space. Our clubs are built around real people and real communities, with a strong focus on service, inclusivity, and local connection.

We remain committed to our mission to democratise fitness—breaking down barriers to participation and creating spaces where more people feel motivated, supported, and empowered to lead healthier lives.

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Graphic Designer will act as the custodian of the Energie Fitness brand, ensuring consistency, quality, and impact across all visual outputs.

This role is responsible for delivering high-quality creative assets that support national marketing campaigns, franchise recruitment, and local marketing activity across the network. You will play a key role in bringing the Energie Fitness brand to life—creating engaging, on-brand visuals that resonate with both consumers (B2C) and prospective franchisees (B2B).

Key Responsibilites

  • Design and produce high-quality campaign assets across digital and print channels
  • Develop engaging paid media creative and social media content templates
  • Create marketing materials to support both B2C member acquisition and B2B franchise recruitment

Brand Management

  • Act as a guardian of the Energie Fitness visual identity across all touchpoints
  • Maintain, update, and evolve brand guidelines documentation
  • Ensure all creative output is aligned with brand tone of voice and positioning
  • Support the visual identity development for new products, services, and sub-brand launches

Franchise Support

  • Build and deliver creative toolkits and editable templates for franchisee use
  • Ensure assets are scalable and easy to adapt for local marketing needs
