Creative Artworker

Advertising & Creative Agency | Near Chester, with easy access from both Chester and Liverpool | Salary negotiable depending on experience

As long-standing partners of Gorilla Glue, O'Keeffe's, John West, Wall's, Sharpie, WD-40 and more, we deliver a full-service offering that spans brand strategy, TV, POS, packaging, digital, social and every touchpoint in between.

We’re small enough for everyone to make a difference, but ambitious enough to work on some genuinely exciting projects for well-known UK and international brands.

The Role

We’re looking for a talented Creative Artworker to join our growing studio team.

You’ll be responsible for taking creative concepts and turning them into polished, production-ready artwork across a range of formats and channels. You’ll work closely with designers and account managers across packaging, POS, shopper marketing, print and digital.

We’re looking for someone who combines excellent technical skills with a meticulous eye for detail and takes pride in producing consistently high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and adapt artwork from approved creative concepts
  • Prepare print and digital artwork to technical specifications
  • Manage artwork amends, versions and adaptations across projects
  • Ensure work is accurate, consistent and production-ready
  • Carry out detailed artwork checks before delivery
  • Explore new tools and AI to improve creative and production workflows

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years’ experience in a creative agency, studio or similar environment.
  • Strong artwork and production experience, ideally within FMCG, packaging, POS or shopper marketing.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour and print production.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach.
