Marketing Executive

We’re looking for an organised, proactive and creatively minded Marketing Executive to support the day-to-day delivery of our marketing activity.

This is a varied, hands-on role spanning marketing administration, website content, campaign coordination and social media. Some weeks will be highly creative, while others will focus on website updates, product launches and keeping marketing activity organised and on schedule.

Working closely with our Marketing Manager, you’ll help deliver campaigns accurately, efficiently and consistently across our digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing and Campaign Support

  • Maintain marketing calendars, campaign schedules and project trackers
  • Coordinate campaign assets, product information and deadlines
  • Support product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns
  • Provide general marketing administration and coordination

Website and Ecommerce

  • Update onsite content when needed
  • Support the setup of product launches, collections and promotions
  • Assist with online merchandising and SEO-friendly copy for products & blogs

Social Media

  • Plan, create and schedule content across our social channels
  • Produce short-form videos, flat lays and product content
  • Create and write engaging, on-brand content, bringing creativity to subject lines, copy, and campaign concepts
  • Monitor comments, messages, trends and competitor activity
  • Review performance to identify successful content and opportunities
  • Support influencer gifting and maintain accurate activity trackers

Creative Support

  • Contribute ideas for campaigns, launches and seasonal activity
  • Create assets using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Confident with a camera to create content
  • Ensure content remains consistent with the brand’s identity and tone of voice

About You

  • Experience in a marketing, ecommerce or social media role
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Comfortable balancing creative work with administration
  • Strong written communication and proofreading skills
  • Confident creating graphics & social media content
  • Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
  • Proactive, dependable and able to adapt to changing priorities
  • An interest in jewellery, fashion, and marketing
