Epiros UK Ltd represents EPIROS, one of Greece’s most recognised and awarded producers of authentic feta cheese and premium dairy products.

We supply a growing portfolio of Greek and Mediterranean food products across the UK foodservice, wholesale, ethnic retail and independent retail sectors.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Field Sales Representative to join our team.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing existing customer accounts and expanding our presence across the foodservice, wholesale, HoReCa and ethnic retail markets.

You will work directly with restaurant owners, chefs, wholesalers, retailers, distributors and other key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new customers across London and other agreed UK territories.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with buyers, chefs, business owners and wholesalers.
  • Present products, arrange samples and prepare commercial quotations.
  • Negotiate prices and trading terms within company guidelines.
  • Achieve agreed monthly sales, quarterly volume and annual performance targets.
  • Increase product listings and sales within existing accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, quotations and sales opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activity and identify new market opportunities.
  • Work closely with the administration, warehouse, finance and management teams.
  • Represent Epiros UK at customer meetings, exhibitions and trade events.

Experience and Skills

  • A minimum of three years’ successful field sales experience.
  • Previous experience within food, beverage, foodservice, wholesale or retail sales.
  • A proven record of winning new business and developing customer accounts.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial awareness, including pricing, margins and customer profitability.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
  • Good organisational, time-management and sales-pipeline skills.
  • Competence using Microsoft Office, CRM and sales-related software.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Greek or Turkish language skills are desirable but not essential.
  • A full UK driving licence and the legal right to work in the UK.
  • Candidates must be based within reasonable travelling distance of London.

Preference may be given to candidates with existing contacts in the London foodservice, wholesale or ethnic retail markets and experience selling chilled, frozen or ambient food products.

Salary, Bonus and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive:

  • A basic salary of £30,000–£36,000, depending on experience.
