KIMA – WAITER / WAITRESS

Set in the heart of Marylebone, KIMA is a seafood restaurant offering à la carte and fin-to-gill tasting menus, combining a contemporary culinary perspective with the famous Greek hospitality. We pride ourselves on the quality of our food, cooking with the freshest, seasonal, high-quality ingredients. We create dishes that reflect our Greek culinary heritage, embracing the “use-all, waste-not” philosophy.

KIMA is the sister restaurant of OPSO, the acclaimed Greek restaurant in Marylebone. We are currently looking to employ talented and passionate front-of-house staff across both KIMA and OPSO, giving successful candidates the opportunity to join either restaurant depending on experience, availability and the needs of our teams.

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Waiters/Waitresses to join our teams. As part of our front-of-house crew, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering unforgettable dining experiences. Your passion for hospitality will shine as you help us continue to elevate our guests’ experience and create lasting memories.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • Previous experience at least 2 years in a high-end hospitality venue
  • Positive, energetic attitude and a strong team spirit
  • A true passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering top tier service every single time
  • Eagerness to learn and grow, we love seeing our team members advance
  • Polished customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask

Key Responsibilities:

  • Giving guests a warm welcome and guiding them through our menu
  • Effectively communicate any special requests or concerns to the manager on duty.
  • Keeping the service station fully stocked and ready for smooth operations.
  • Work closely with assistant waiters, kitchen staff, and management to ensure efficient and seamless service.
  • Properly taking orders to ensure smooth service and provide guests with a great dining experience.

Eligibility:

In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must either be eligible to live and work in the UK or must obtain permits to work in the UK prior to application. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.

Salary: Up to £32.000 per annum

Approximately 45 h/week

Pay: Up to £32,000.00 per year
