Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef with experience in Greek Cuisine to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase culinary skills in a professional environment, leading kitchen operations and inspiring team members to achieve excellence. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
  • Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols
  • Manage food production processes, including ingredient preparation, portion control, and plating
  • Oversee the organisation of the kitchen, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at all times
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to ensure smooth operations
  • Train and mentor junior staff members to develop their culinary skills and knowledge
