Full job description

Ambrosia Quality Food, a food distribution company is looking to recruit a full - time (or part - time) Sales Administrator to work within a small and friendly team.

Responsibilities (but not limited to)

-Creating orders - Raising invoices will be a core activity (training will be provided)

-Order management - entering orders into the system and keeping track of them, ensuring we meet delivery deadlines

-Liaising with customers via email, Phone and face to face, Logging customer helpdesk queries

-Arranging product samples to be sent to customers as requested

Skills and Qualifications

-High level of attention to detail

-Excellent organisation skills

-Ability to communicate effectively at all levels

-Customer service skills, 1 year of administrative experience would be beneficial

-Ability to work as part of a team

-Knowledge of Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems

-Usage of Sage software is highly desirable

-Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in a fast-paced environment

-Both English and Greek language is essential

Part-time is also considered.

Monday to Friday, up to 40 hours per week.

Not a remote job.
