As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Field Sales Representative to join our team.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing existing customer accounts and expanding our presence across the foodservice, wholesale, HoReCa and ethnic retail markets.

You will work directly with restaurant owners, chefs, wholesalers, retailers, distributors and other key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new customers across London and other agreed UK territories.

  • Increase product listings and sales within existing accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, quotations and sales opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activity and identify new market opportunities.
  • Work closely with the administration, warehouse, finance and management teams.
  • Represent Epiros UK at customer meetings, exhibitions and trade events.

Experience and Skills

  • A minimum of three years’ successful field sales experience.
  • Previous experience within food, beverage, foodservice, wholesale or retail sales.
  • A proven record of winning new business and developing customer accounts.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial awareness, including pricing, margins and customer profitability.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
  • Good organisational, time-management and sales-pipeline skills.
  • Competence using Microsoft Office, CRM and sales-related software.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Greek or Turkish language skills are desirable but not essential.
  • A full UK driving licence and the legal right to work in the UK.
  • Candidates must be based within reasonable travelling distance of London.

Preference may be given to candidates with existing contacts in the London foodservice, wholesale or ethnic retail markets and experience selling chilled, frozen or ambient food products.

Salary, Bonus and Benefits

  • An attractive performance-related bonus scheme.
  • Monthly sales-performance targets and bonus opportunities.

  • Additional rewards for exceeding agreed targets.
  • Company car and fuel card.
  • Business telephone.
  • Reimbursement of approved business expenses.
  • Product training and ongoing management support.
  • Career-development opportunities within a growing company.

The bonus structure rewards consistent performance, profitable sales growth and the achievement of agreed company targets.

Working Schedule

Monday to Friday, with occasional attendance at exhibitions, customer events or meetings outside normal working hours.

This is a field-based role requiring regular travel to customer locations.
