We are partnered with Utility Warehouse (Telecom Plus PLC), Uswitch, MoneySuperMarket, HIVE and GoCompare, and further launches with other leading comparison brands are happening soon.

We have been successfully trading for over 15 years, employing over 170 office staff and over 3000 engineers nationwide. We have built a bespoke CRM and various web applications to fuel our growth. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team who will play a crucial role in providing operational support to our customers and subcontractors.

What you’ll be doing as a Glow Green Operations Coordinator

  • Support customers with general customer enquiries and technical support by phone and email in a professional manner;
  • Be the face of Glow Green for customers, engaging with them in a way that shows we really care about doing the right thing for each of them;
  • Help and support customers need repair work completing, following company procedures and arranging for engineers to attend appointments;
  • Decide within our guidelines the best problem fix for each individual customer who has had a problem, and recommend new options if needed;
  • Communication is key. You need to ensure that you keep on top of updating customers and have demonstrable empathy and rapport building skills;
  • Work alongside the technical service managers and help customers who have technical queries relating to their installations;
  • Own your customers who require further work completing in order to complete their installation and see them through to completion;
  • Proactively work with other business areas to ensure customer queries and appointments are managed effectively.

The ideal Operations Coordinator

We’re looking for someone who:

  • At least 2 years experience within a customer operational role or similar;
  • Experience in multi tasking and needing to be extremely organised;
  • Skilled at problem solving;
  • Excellent telephone manner;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment;
  • Team Player.
