An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced full-time Floor Manager to join our Front of House team at Franco’s on Jermyn Street,Green Park.

Who are we?


Franco’s first opened in 1946,is considered one of the first Italian restaurants in London which focuses on traditional and contemporary Italian Cuisine. Located on Jermyn Street between Green Park and Piccadilly,Franco’s is a family-owned restaurant with a sister venue:Wiltons also on Jermyn Street. Both are managed by Director Jason Phillips who has worked at the Savoy,the Avenue and C London.


The restaurant compromises of a bar area,main dining room and a basement area which can be used as two Private Dining rooms or additional seating for the restaurant. What can you bring to the team?


• At least 1 years’ experience as a Floor Manager in a similar sized restaurant

• Experience of managing a team up to 12 staff

• Experience of serving a service of over 80 covers

• Liaising between departments during service periods

• Great knowledge of the different grape varieties and wine styles

• Great knowledge of spirits and classic cocktails

• Has the ability to thrive under pressure maintaining a positive attitude to all

• Excellent communication skills both oral and written,with customers,staff and suppliers alike

• An ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills

• High level of awareness and ability to anticipate guest needs

• Have experience and a good awareness of opportunities to improve sales

• Outstanding customer service and sales skills and the ability to share these with their team

• Confident with the expected computer programmes including outlook (email) word and excel.

• Knowledge of the reservation system Sevenrooms and Point of Sale software Toast would be beneficial
