Group Floating Service Advisor – Ancaster Croydon, Chislehurst, Penge, Dartford- No Saturday Working

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our successful team at Ancaster. This is a fantastic chance to work with a supportive, high-performing dealership group that prides itself on delivering outstanding customer service.

The Role

As a Floating Service Advisor, you’ll be covering our sites in Croydon, Bromley, Eltham, Chislehurst and Dartford

The first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their vehicles are looked after to the highest standards while providing a professional and friendly experience throughout.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming customers to the Service Department and ensuring their vehicles are processed in line with manufacturer standards
  • Organising the Service Department diary to maximise technician efficiency
  • Promoting service facilities to encourage repeat business for Sales and Aftersales
  • Selling service, repairs and parts to support dealership revenue and profitability
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction targets while adhering to manufacturer and dealership procedures
  • Presenting yourself in a professional, approachable and customer-focused manner

About You

We’re looking for a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor with:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a franchised dealership environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, ambitious approach with a strong focus on customer service
  • A full UK driving licence
