The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Analytical Scientist to join our Analytical Services team. This is a key technical role within the business, offering the opportunity to influence the development of laboratory services, analytical capabilities and quality systems whilst remaining actively involved in laboratory operations.

- Lead and support the development, validation and implementation of new analytical methods and laboratory services.
- Provide technical leadership and expertise across the laboratory.
- Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the laboratory's ISO 17025 quality management system.

- Monitor laboratory consumables and assist with stock management.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records, reports and technical documentation.
- Support the evaluation and introduction of new technologies, equipment and analytical capabilities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to support customer requirements and business objectives.
- Provide technical input into new business opportunities, customer enquiries and service development activities.
- Undertake other reasonable duties as required.
About You
You will be an experienced analytical scientist with strong technical capability, excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality analytical services. You will be comfortable working independently, taking ownership of technical challenges and contributing to the future development of the laboratory.
