Summary

We are seeking Front of House Team Members, whether you're experienced in bar work, waiter trained or looking to take on your first role within hospitality to join our vibrant team at Sculthorpe Mill. This role is essential in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere in our pub.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when needed.
  • Serve food and beverages with attention to detail and presentation standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area.
  • Handle guest enquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not essential.
